Duel/Tourney - Timer
When someone is dueling or in a tourney and they ping or crash a 30-60 second timer is activated so they can enter back before it is declared as a loss. Have the game paused where the opponent pinged/crashed so they are where they left off.

If I pinged in the middle of a game, then give me 30-60 sec to reconnect. Believe it or not we all don't live in countries where electricity cuts are rare. Limiting the amount of ping to once or twice would be fine anyway!
The elo penalty is just too harsh, if it is happening daily 3-4 times. You're losing lots of ELO right there over a given season!! It is also very important for tournies and duels!
