Toribash running slow now
Before, it ran at around 30 fps, now it runs at 3-4 fps, and I've tried everything I've seen by using search.

It's really been running slow since 3.1, and even more with 3.2.

google your video card manufacturer (likely ATI or Nvidia) go to their site, go to drivers section (possibly under support) and download the ones for your card. then install as u would any other software

3.1/3.2 appear to run slower than previous versions on lower-end computers and faster than previous versions on higher-end computers. I don't believe that there's been any optimisation made that benefits all systems. Just an observation.

Mines runs at 100fps no matter what version but shaders puts it down to 3?
