Some of the surveys in the shop work, some don't. It's at the discretion of the third party provider to ensure these work, if they don't feel free to take it up with them though I imagine you will be ignored.
As for making TC, try making some art or watch out for Gamekeeper events we give out cool prizes and what not. ;)

ok, so this problem is solved.
but unfortionally, i got another problem with ingame TC's now.
A friend of mine, whom i showed this game is a bit dissapointed, because he doesn't get any tc if he wins a game.
for ur information: in the moment he is green belt and has a win ratio of 1.2.
is there anything he is doing wrong, because he played a lot of games with me (now Blue Belt)?

Just play on the official servers and you should get 10tc / round. If you have some tc you can join betting rooms where you are able to place and win/loose bets.
