as long as he recieve the texture , you can use whatever you want, attachement , imgshack upload , sendspace upload.
i'm not sure but sometimes images in attachement lose quality , so the best thing is to upload the .tga in a good upload website , such as sendspace etc.

And because I do not have much money I can't open a shop. Also my shop doesn't show on the marketplace ..
