+Toribash Won't Start
Here's my sterder thing.

set_regedit_key : failed to open .rpl (5)
set_regedit_key : failed to open Toribash.Replay (5)
set_regedit_key : failed to open Toribash.Replay\DefaultIcon (5)
set_regedit_key : failed to open Toribash.Replay\Shell\open\command (5)

Help?

No need to specify 3.9 wont start if you mean none of them will start. ~ Vox

I may not know the permanent solution but I suggest using another version such as 3.8 or 3.86 for now till someone is able to fix the problem.

Try using something like CCleaner to patch up your registry, uninstall toribash and try again from there.

Note: make sure to run multiply Reg error checks, not all are found on the first scan, and scan before and after uninstalling.

SkulFuk said it might be related to user permission and the UAC on windows 7/vista, you should check permissions on those files, also what OS are you using?
