Using only relaxed movements will get you hardly anywhere. Yeah sure, relaxed moves look cool, but effectability is what truely counts when playing multiplayer and singleplayer. Use what ever joint mode you need for the current situation. If you think that holding the majority of your joints will keep you from dqing, or will damage your opponent more, then by all means do so. Held movements are great for starters because it shows exactly what each joint can do individualy. Use both modes together if you really need to. Your movements can easily evolve from relaxed to fixed through out the replay, as well as from fixed to relaxed. It works just as well as any other joint system would.
