Well that's fine and all, but i HIGHLY recommend learning to do moves while relaxed.
Smoother motion, joints are harder to break and it's better for the long run.
I've only been playing for a week and a half and i only use relaxed.

-Just sayin'
Using only relaxed movements will get you hardly anywhere. Yeah sure, relaxed moves look cool, but effectability is what truely counts when playing multiplayer and singleplayer. Use what ever joint mode you need for the current situation. If you think that holding the majority of your joints will keep you from dqing, or will damage your opponent more, then by all means do so. Held movements are great for starters because it shows exactly what each joint can do individualy. Use both modes together if you really need to. Your movements can easily evolve from relaxed to fixed through out the replay, as well as from fixed to relaxed. It works just as well as any other joint system would.

I know relaxed is cool, but while stiff I have learned to do a [MAD]Hampa Kick on replayes where hi kicks his head off. Some people do well with relaxed, and others do well with stiff. I honestly didn't know this was on youtube, but either way, i thought it would help begginers.

and if you actually watch the better replays, you'll notice that there relax all.
for example i have a relax all opener punch that decaps.

better opener is
contract left pec
extend right pecs
contract right elbow
right rotating chest
space
contract left elbow
left grippy hand
extend left pec
contract right pec
SHIFT+SPACEx8
extend right elbow
extend right ankle
raise right shoulder
grippy right hand
Press P
Beta: YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT IT1!!! ITS LEGIT FULL 128! Morbon: joint textures and all? Beta: lol no fuck joint textures
I've got an even easier relax all decap-slap. It's my Aikido opener, but in SP.

Right Rotate Chest
Contract Left Pec
Contract Left Elbow
Grabby Left Hand
Space x1 (10 frames must pass)
Left Rotate Chest
Contract Right Pec
Space x2

For A Flawless Slap with MOAR DAMAGE:

Don't Space x2. Instead,
Space x1
Raise Right Shoulder
Lower Left Shoulder
Space x1

Then you have the simple task of not touching Uke.
