1st thing u must found out if ur powersulpy can handel it
and i say try to get a 8500TG or higer cuz the ?400 is the starting so not as good as the ?500
go to a local comp store and ask them tey can tell u
Well Google dosen't provide me with exact config of your PC

A rough config which I believe is
Processor: Intel Celeron 2.3GHz, Intel Celeron 2.5GHz, Intel Pentium 4 2.2GHz, Intel Pentium 4 2.5GHz(one of these)
RAM : 128 or 256 MB. DDR RAM

This config will act as a bottleneck to the GPU .P4 processor is good but RAM needs to be DDR2 & maybe atleast 512 MB...

Also Ecto it's not the last 3 digits that decide about GPU's.Each 8 series cards are comparable with not a very major performance boost.
KONY 2012
You should provide us your PC's specs.

Go to start menu, then run and type in dxdiag.
Hit ok and that'll bring up a window where you can see all your system preferences.
Take screens of the pages and post it please.
