It seems as though nothing would be done as to you losing your 30k.
Policies are policies; If you lose your TC betting, weather it's because the person you bet on lost or because of some mishap that happened in the server, you will not be refunded.

Also yes it's been suggested before that the rules be changed, I don't know weather or not it's being considered.
