I'm in a Clan League and I just can't connect to the server because the multiplayer doesn't work.

I downloaded Swexx's textures, largekilla's, qubic's, and none of them had fail.

But when I try to connect to the multiplayer game, the game freezes, and after a minute I get this message:

"Failed to connect to lobbies socket wsa error 10060"

This just happened today. A few days ago I downloaded TB 4.82, it was good till I got this error. Someone said that I need to download TB 4.8, so I did this and I got the same thing. Can you guys tell me what's wrong?
