sorry I wasn't very clear since your doing surveys or typing your email in to a box and submitting or downloading an application and installing you must take a screenshot that you actually did the task as proof since there automated system is somewhat broken, this guide explains that you need to show them a screenshot of the survey completed a before and after helps..


TLDR: Take a screenshot of the survey after you completed it something like this
