When I try to join multilayer games.There is no lobbys.And when i try to make one, it says not connected.And when I try to say something that do not work eithier.Someone please help me.

Try to find out if you're running the application as an administrator or whatever it's called on a Linux. Also, check to see that your router is accepting incoming and outgoing connections pertaining to Toribash.

Are you running the latest version of Toribash?

it says i am not running as an administrator. and i have check my router 5 time and unpluged it and its still not working

i am not useing the newest version. i dont think you can
run the new 4.7 on lunix

I believe the latest is 4.8 beta 2 but I don't think it's available for Linux. Right click on the Toribash icon and run as an administrator.

It may be because you use proxies or something.

That is an internet problem. It happens when your internet is slow or you're using proxies.
