Is the afk penalty alloud in an un-official server, not
hosted by gms?

aint that true. I've been robbed of 100k+ due to afk penalties and duel fenters.

You can't put an afkpenalty on and then fenter someone. If you were not fentered you just have to accept losing the TC.

You weren't robbed, you got a penalty.
Some servers are strict, and when you log into a server,
you are there to play, not be AFK.
I always put an AFKpenalty, I don't want to lose my time because some random people are afk.

They could just spec. No need to really take their TC.

no need to take someones tc just for them going on for example the toilet
and coming back 15 mins later just to see he/she has lost all here/his tc :/

but you gota live with it and keep playing
