ok so im sure you artists will know what futurism is, but for people that dont know it is when you paint a picture to show the sense of movement..... i have done a few on paper and now i have tried it on gimp and this is what i got....

you just need to colourise thencontrast... recolourise ect...

he just filter raped the photo. which is ok when it looks good, but this doesn't really look that great... 4/10
