I have purchased 28k TC, and I have not received them. I would like to know what happened. My mother paid for them using her Paypal under a separate E-Mail from my own. I have the billing information if needed.

You need to check the e-mail that the account belongs to - there'll be an e-mail with a voucher code. Go to the torishop & enter the voucher code in the 'consume voucher' thingy.

Then PM RiseAgainst with your voucher code, QI & how many creds the purchase was to get your free stuff.

Ah, never mind. It seems the Voucher key was sent to my mothers E-Mail, not mine. Thanks for the help though, much appreciated.

If you are purchasing credits... UPDATE your email account to an active one to avoid confusion when redeeming vouchers.
