My head became a white ball instead of Tori's head! What will i do

You have to wait.It happens to me all ways.It also means download of your character is not complete.

Are you using shaders? This happens to me when shaders are on (though I don't play ingame anymore). I think you may have to download the most recent drivers for your graphics card.

if u sue shaders and its happeining to yah go to options menu on tb and clik on cancel bump mapping option thet will do XD

happens to me all the time
its just that your item.dat/equipment.dat file shows that you have a head texture, but you custom folder doesnt have the picture for it

That happened to me a while ago, too.
Try deleting your custom folder (toribash 3.88ЛcustomЛlordmax115)
Then /dl /lp your tori in game again, it works for me.
