Did you put the head in your custom folder? If not, rename it head.tga and delete the one already in your folder and replace it with the new one.

ok i named it Head.tga and then i put it in the custom folder.

there never was a Exturnal folder in custom. so i just put head.tga in there?

now what?

It's evident that Toribash isn't updating properly, or the filetype is wrong. Try saving the file as a .PNG and uploading again.

I do see, however, that you transfered 20k to the player MiniMint.
(he bought a head texture item though)
