Yeah pretty much answered.

To become a smod, admin, ninja, promo team or even a local mod you have to show dedication to the game/forums. They don't just pick people who have been here for a few days.

I don't he means ninja's as in moderators or whatever. I think he just means people good at the game, and that he wants some help to get better.

beat Uke as many times as needed to create some sick moves, even if you dodn't know how you did them xD and then use them in multiplayer. thats the best way i think
