Hi. I used to be a damn good mod (wayback 2008 and earlier) and then veb made me not a mod.
Been playing competitive Team Fortress 2.
The first three 0's do nothing (As far as I know)
The 4th 0 is joint color, the 5th 0 is blood color.

Is one force joint colour?

EDIT: I upon opening up 2 of my internet replays, the first 4 Item number things are filled the last is not.
Examples:
"ITEM 1; 38 26 28 26 0"<== Mine
"ITEM 0; 35 46 43 46 0"<== Volt's
"ITEM 0; 38 26 33 26 0"<== Smiley's

Then i compared the numbers to the list of colours and got this:
First 0 = Blood.
Second 0 = Force.
Third 0 = Relax.
Forth 0 = Same number as second 0.
Fifth 0 = 0.

So basically, in the case that Hampa at some time develops the game to display relaxed colors in replays or exports (think Povray or Renderman), this is possible.

Id think that he put a fifth 0 in there as a place holder for some other future development...
