Got it working for me, just made a fresh custom folder and pasted them in. Hopefully this isn't the same issue that BoStaff had and works for you. Just download it, put it in your customs folder and /lp 1 test232. No need to restart toribash.

Do you have the option for body textures disabled in settings?

If not, I'm clueless.

Are you using the steam version?
