I find Quake Video Maker to be a much better way of converting to a lossless avi for later editing.

just select from animation frame 1 and it puts all the frames in automaticly, all you have to do then is save it as a movie file.

I've heard that before. Thanks for the link. By the way I did google it, but only found patches to update to a newer version. So that was useless.

does the pov movie get affected by fps? cause my pc is really slow and i don't want slow movies like with fraps

I'm not sure, I don't think so!

If when you are capturing the screens your game is laggy, you will likely just get more inbetween frames, which will cause it to take longer to render.
