It's a custom Toribash menu, seems somehow it downloaded from steveirwen's custom folder.
EDIT: Re-install Toribash and that should fix it.

There is a command for downloading someone's GUI textures.
The command is /loadgui [name].

Seems like steve's GUI automatically downloaded itself, you just need to type /loadgui cloak174 and you'll be back to your old GUI.

ah, ok. thanks for the help guys! I think I'll try to make my own actually. I didn't know that it was possible to make custom title screens. =)
