Engage Distance: 100

Press C
Extend Glutes
Contract Knees
Space 6x(or what u want)
Then do what u ever want ;)

Sorry....Not A Good Move You Should Have Put It In An "Openers" Thread Because It's Not A move Just An Opener.......Decent Opener Though
