Yeah like Ostic said, just grab a global from Vox, Dargon or Eddie. They'll say send 6k, but don't ask them in IRC general chat, click their name and "query".
Make the room, and tell the game-keeper ( Vox, Dargon, Eddie, Etc ) - to join the room such as /join zouph. Whatever you name the room. They will join, you tell them the message, like ^02 Join /soandso for high bets.
