Used to be a tut somewhere.
To make the icon with half a head, you screenshot your head, crop it, cut it in half and rotate it a bit. Make sure it's the same size as the part it's replacing on the force or relax. Then place it on top and there you go.

That's a very rough way to do it.

What about the achievements?

Try to think of it this way, if they don't provide a solution on how to gain the achievement they don't want you to know. It could be a secret or could only be available to certain members etc.
