how does it work? how did i get one on me? why do i make random tc? bascially and overview of what it is and what it does??

I believe it is down atm but I could be wrong. But anyways so if you beat a person on this list and it says that the tc has not been claimed you will receive the amount that was put on them.

You can decide to add text which will appear below there name ingame but to do that it will cost you an extra 2k.
