I want to know why my toribash has this kind of blood (like orbs) and I see on Youtube, or in Sreenshoots liquid bloods,
Do I need to buy it?

To have fluid blood you need to activate it in options.
setup>options>tick both shaders and fluid blood.

note: Your computer may not be able to run shaders.

Well it's totally dependent on your Graphic card. Toribash can be reasonably heavy depending on your specs. You may not be able to run them at all, they may slow down your FPS.

In short if you can't run them, the only fix is to buy a more powerful graphics card.
