You should follow the methods listed on the "Shaders problems and solutions" thread if you haven't already. Otherwise, it might well be your graphics card.

Can you tell us the specific model of graphics card that you're using?
"Call yourself alive? I promise you you'll be deafened by dust falling on the furniture,
you'll feel your eyebrows turning to two gashes, and your shoulder blades will ache for want of wings."
Oh yeah i has a question
Why when i open shaders It lags like Hell then TB is to bright

Hooray, i'm giving technical assistance without single knowledge of end user hardware, when user suspects hardware is the cause of problems.

And to above poster : Your shader model is too crummy to do it right :P Meaning it will have funny artifacts and won't be playing well.
What what? In the butt.

It would be better if you start a new thread for a question next time.
Please post a screenshot.

Thanks.
if your having problems with shaders, assume its your graphics card unless you know for a fact that you have a good card
