cool! I do that all the time too! A great starting position for that is
Extend both ankles - contract both knees - extend both hips - relax abs

Then after some frames (i recommend using shift+space(=advancing a frame at a time) for good timing) start contracting hips and extending knees and the result is a really powerful and fast blow to ukes stomach, very often ripping him in half.. if you don't succeed just hit R and E just before the kick and delay it a few more frames and try again. The relaxed abs make the move very speedy.. and bring more power to the blow.

100 engange distance won't be enough for this though..

Edit: Oh yeah, also works great for snapping uke's legs in half (at the knees) or then snapping them off (at the hips).

2nd edit: attached replays of snapping his knees and stomach, 150 distance for knees, 175 stomach. Succeeded on first try with both
