Do you mean over top of your head? like an emote? for that you type /em messagehere

Just to clarify, the user text is only to change the color of the score, belt text colour and name text colour.

User text changes your Score, name and belt color in-game
the one you are talking about I believe, is Emote.

You need to buy Toriprime. Then you can edit it.

or in-game someone have to put a bounty with a text on you
when the bounty is claimed, the text will show up soon.

ps.: you cant set a bounty on yourself.
