Can't have moving background
I'm just wondering why Can't I have a moving post background ? it just doesn't make sense. I mean if i really can't have it ill change it

It's in the rules. That is the reason you can not. Are you asking because you don't like the rules? ;O

It's annoying and causes problems with seeing text, etc. I had an extremely cool one that wasn't taken away on impulse. . Not to strict.

Large GIF images can slow down browser speed, especially for those with bad internet.
