If there's one thing I see when visiting other websites, its weekly polls, votes, and so on.

Its a small thing, but if we had a weekly poll for stuff like "What's your biggest for concern in Toribash?", "What would you like to see in the next update?", and "Whats your favorite hair item?" and so forth; then we would have a bigger idea of what the community thinks, and it would always be fun in seeing what happens.

I know that we can indeed do polls in the forums, but a main weekly poll on the index page would be a nice thing to see.

I wouldn't mind being in charge of something like this and maintaining it either, there's no negatives to it and it's fun for the community, and better for the staff involved with the community.

We just have to have some little things that in no way harm anybody. his will also kinda give a perspective to the higher ups on how are things going, what is like, what is not, so the community has a quick, slick and easy say in it. I dont see any cons here.
