I can't specifically help you because that walk makes no sense to me..
But I can give you advice,

don't use your glutes so much, don't land your step so far away, don't use your pecs so much, don't extend your ankle before landing.

Try not doing any of that and your walk should come along a lot easier.
You're run is to complicated, you don't need to use your glutes that much.
Also you're taking your steps too late.
Dont worry too much about what your ghost is telling you, you will sway abit but each step should correct the tilt from the step before if that makes sense

It doesn't come right away, it takes lots of practice.

While running, don't relax your glutes and lumbar, hold them.
Another thing I would like to point out is that you're taking you steps too early, which causes you to fall back kinda.
You need to keep your body leaning forwards.
