I can't change my kiai anymore.
The file I want to change it tois a wav file an it is 3 seconds long, anything else I should keep in mind for it to work?

or the servers may be slow to upload sometimes just upload it and wait some minutes :P

Nope, still not working, It does gives the message, Your sound has been successfully uploaded.

I don't remember exactly the way it works but in one of those 2 spots I've marked is where the song gets updated, the other just takes some time to update itself.
