For some reason I got this strange lag when I started playing TB again. It never happened before and it never happens on any of my other games. I recently upgraded to windows 10 and I've done numerous virus scans with no results. I've tested using lower settings and the result was the same. My game runs smoothly except for the frame stops every 2 seconds. My GPU is a R9 285x ITX edition. My framerate is normally around 60+ but the game stops randomly then goes back to normal. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

does this only occur in single player?

No, it's in multiplayer aswell.

The only thing I can think of atm is running the game in comparability mode, for windows 7.

Other than downgrading windows that's all I can think of.

After a re-install of toribash the problem was fixed.
