1. Type /set mod case-sensitive-mod-name-here.tbm.
2. Type /reset.
3. Start a match.
If the mod file doesn't exist on the Toribash server - that is, it isn't one of the files included with the game when you start the game up - you won't be able to use it in multiplayer.
